Pre-Registration
Please Read and Acknowledge:
It will be mandatory for all
participants to sign an event waiver, wear an event ID and wristband to
participate in this event. Once your registration is processed, you will receive
an event control number in 7 days via email. You must have a control
number before you can make your room reservation at the Quality Inn. A control
number does not guarantee a room reservation at the host hotel.

Refund/Cancellation Policy
A refund of fees, minus the $50
non-refundable deposit will be made upon receipt of written cancellation
postmarked no later than August 15, 2008. No subsequent refunds will be made
after August 15, 2008.
